    This is a private residence, captured to show what the technology does rather than to sell a house. Some rooms were left out for the owners' privacy, and it hasn't had the finishing pass a client tour gets — so take it as a look at the technique, not the finished article. A tour we produce for one of your listings covers the whole home, every room a buyer would want to walk.

  • It opens in seconds

    The home streams as it loads: you'll be standing in the entryway almost immediately, and the finer detail continues to resolve around you while you start looking. Nothing to wait for, nothing to download.

  • Any current browser, no app

    Phone, tablet, laptop or desktop — nothing to install, no account, no headset. Your code is issued to you personally, so please point a colleague here for their own rather than passing yours along. If anything doesn't work, tell us what you're using and we'll sort it out.

Getting around

How to move.

You walk the home the way you'd walk it in person — along the floor, through doorways, up the stairs. You can't walk through walls, and you can't get lost.

On a phone or tablet

  • Tap the floor where you want to stand
  • Drag anywhere to look around
  • Turn and start buttons sit at the bottom of the screen

On a computer

  • W A S D or the arrow keys to walk — hold Shift to move faster
  • Q / E or left & right arrows to turn
  • Click the floor to jump to a spot, drag to look around

Worth trying while you're in there

  • Walk up the stairs — both storeys are open
  • Stand where a buyer would stand and look back at the room
  • Check the sightline from the kitchen through to the living room
  • Look at how the daylight actually falls through the windows
