Photoreal 3D listing tours

Somebody's dream house.
Let them walk it.

DreamHouse3d turns your listing into a photoreal 3D tour buyers explore as if they were standing in it — every room, at true scale, on any device. One link. No app, no headset.

Built for real-estate agents · locally owned and independent · we film it, build it, and host it.

What it is

The whole home —
one continuous, walkable space.

Listing photos show moments. A 360° tour drops buyers at fixed points to look around from. A DreamHouse3d tour has no points to hop between — it's the entire home as one photoreal space, and buyers walk anywhere, look anywhere, and linger anywhere, at true scale.

It's reconstructed from a careful walkthrough with a single camera — the same technique behind modern film and mapping work. No rig in the middle of every room, nothing moved, nothing staged that wasn't already there.

Fewer wasted showings

Buyers who have already walked the home online arrive knowing what it is. The ones who book a showing are the ones who are serious.

Every buyer, anywhere

Out-of-town and relocating buyers tour the home properly before they travel. Your listing works nights, weekends, and time zones.

Wins the listing

At the listing presentation it's something nobody else on the street is offering — and sellers can see the difference in seconds.

How it works

Three steps. We handle all three.

  1. We film

A single short visit, scheduled around your photography day — about an hour in the home, start to finish. Prep is exactly what it is for photos: we hand your seller a one-page checklist, and nothing gets moved or disturbed.

  2. We build the tour

The footage is reconstructed into a photoreal 3D model, cleaned up, scaled to true dimensions, and walked room by room before it goes anywhere near your listing.

  3. You get one link

Drop it in the MLS / REALTOR.ca virtual-tour field, embed it on your site, print the QR on feature sheets. Hosting is included, and the tour comes down when the listing closes.

Every tour includes

  • A hosted tour link for the MLS “virtual tour” field
  • An embed snippet for your own website
  • A QR code for feature sheets and open houses
  • Hosting and support for the life of the listing
  • Private by default — no address that opens a tour on its own
  • Takedown on closing, or any time the seller asks

The demo

See it on a real home.

The demo is a real residence, shown with the owner's permission, so it sits behind an access code. The demo page explains what you're about to see and how to move around — then you're in. Two minutes.

Pricing

Flat, per listing. No subscriptions.

Questions

The things agents ask first.

How is this different from a 360° camera tour?

A 360° tour puts the buyer at a series of fixed camera positions — you look around from each spot, then jump to the next one. A DreamHouse3d tour has no spots to jump between: the home is one continuous photoreal space and buyers move through it freely, at true scale. It's also flat per-listing pricing with everything done for you — no subscription, no equipment to buy, no software to learn.

Is this the real home, or a computer-generated version of it?

The real home. Everything in the tour is reconstructed from footage filmed inside the house — the real light through the real windows, the real finishes. Nothing is modelled, invented, or virtually staged.

Does it work on phones?

Yes — any modern browser on any device, including phones and tablets. There's no app to install and nothing to sign up for. Buyers tap your link and they're in the home.

Will it load on a slow connection?

The tour streams: it opens as soon as enough of the home has arrived, then fills in detail while the buyer is already looking around. A tour is roughly the weight of a short video. Wi-Fi is the nicer experience, but it works on cellular.

How long does filming take?

About an hour in the home for a typical house — and that's the whole visit, not just the filming: arriving, walking through to get our bearings, and capturing it. We schedule around your photographer, and the home should be prepped as it would be for listing photos. We provide a simple one-page checklist for your seller.

What does my seller need to do?

Nothing beyond normal photo prep. During filming nothing is moved or touched, no special lighting is brought in, and pets just need to sit this one out. We also get simple written consent from the seller — it's their home.

What about privacy?

A tour isn't a public page with a hard-to-guess address — it's closed. Every file, the 3D model included, is checked on the way out: it opens for someone holding a current access code, or inside the embed on a website we've approved for it, and refuses everything else. Nothing is in search engines, and nothing on this site links to a client's tour. When the listing closes, or any time the seller asks, it comes down for good.

Can it go on my own website?

Yes. Every tour comes with a one-line embed snippet that works on any site builder — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, custom. If your web person wants a hand, we'll work with them directly at no charge.
